Nehemiah the King's Cup Bearer
W3 2010-12-01 (尼1:1-2:20)
經文: 尼希米記 1:8 求你記念所吩咐你僕人摩西的話，說：『你們若犯罪，我就把你們分散在萬民中；但你們若歸向我，謹守遵行我的誡命，你們被趕散的人雖在天涯，我也必從那裡將他們招聚回來，帶到我所選擇立為我名的居所。
默想: 親愛的主啊！尼希米緊緊記住你過去對以色列人所應許的話語，並且用上帝的話語來向上帝禱告。求主幫助我，能夠把你的話語，牢牢記在我的心裡。並且求聖靈提醒我，會用上帝話語中的應許，來向上帝祈求。就是聖靈也是照著神的旨意替聖徒祈求。(羅8:27)
題目: 尼希米的禱告內容有什麼可以讓你學習的屬靈功課呢？

回覆刪除由尼西米的禱告中，最大的學習就是：不單顧自己的事。尼西米並不因自己平安、順遂就不在意其他事。
Nehemiah’s prayer is concerned with praise (…the great and awesome God…), thankfulness (…keeps his covenant of love…), repentance (…I confess the sins we Israelites …have committed…), resolution (..but if you return to me…I will bring them to the place where I have chosen…), and an earnest wish (…give your servant success today by granting him favor…).

回覆刪除In our world, it seems difficult to say "I am wrong" especially it is not my fault. We like to say "you are wrong" because I am better than you. But, when we said "we are a world" or "we are a family", it seems we could not merely say "you are wrong". Because we are a family. We need learn to say "I am wrong" or "we are wrong". Actually, it is important to understand our problem. But, it is more important to face our problem and fix it. May Lord help me to think the problem of myself not always think the problem of others.

約一 5:14 我們若照他的旨意求甚麼，他就聽我們，這是我們向他所存坦然無懼的心。

回覆刪除由尼西米的禱告中，學習到「不單顧自己的事」，尼西米有好的工作、平安順遂，可是當他聽到故鄉的景況時，並無致身事外。我們沒辦法投入每一個"需要"，但可以像尼西米一樣禱告，神自然會帶我們到那個祂要我們填補的空缺。
