W5 2009-01-30 (耶14:1-15:9)

經文: 耶利米書 14:8 以色列所盼望、在患難時作他救主的啊，你為何在這地像寄居的，又像行路的只住一宵呢？

默想: 親愛的主，求你不要像行路的或寄居的一樣，求你願意留步與我同住。你的同在是我的盼望與力量，求你不要棄我而去。以馬內利的上帝，求你將你的帳幕，搭在我們的中間，一路伴我們同行。

    Though Jeremiah earnestly prayed to God for saving Jerusalem, He did not respond but prophesied death, sword, starvation, and captivity that Judah would undergo. The people there were not willing to acknowledge their wickedness and kept rejecting God. It is easy to “seem” regrettable; however, God values true repentance. “But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.” (Ezekiel 18:21) So, when our prayer is not answered, think about why God withdraws His compassion. There must be room for our improvement.

    大家平安

    耶和華對這百姓如此說："這百姓喜愛妄行（原文是飄流），不禁止腳步，所以耶和華不悅納他們。...。"14:10

    耶和華對我說：那些先知託我的名說假預言，我並沒有打發他們，沒有吩咐他們，也沒有對他們說話...。14:14

    那教導者和跟隨者都偏離了標靶(missed the target),以至於神掩耳不聽祈禱.

    "靶有靶心，沒有射中靶心就是罪。罪就是在上帝的面前，你沒有達到中心目標。"(節錄自蔡牧師2008/12/26講章:confession)

    求神憐憫,讓我的眼目能看清楚真正的標靶;保守我的心,讓我願意遵行;限制我的腳,讓我永不偏離.阿們!

    草戊尚土 牧師和各位俱樂部的兄姐，平安：

    『這百姓喜愛妄行，不禁止腳步，所以耶和華不悅納他們。現今要記念他們的罪孽，追討他們的罪惡。』

    我想上帝給了人自由意志可以任意而行，不須完全順服 神，這讓人有了一種自以為是的自由，只要我想要，有什麼不以，於是人所作的行為舉止並不能完全取悅 神。在今天的經文裡，喜愛妄行的人，他所求的禱告是不被垂聽的。

    但是，在什麼情況之下上帝會垂聽人的禱告呢？

    或許就像耶和華告訴以賽亞先知：『但我所看顧的，就是虛心痛悔、因我話而戰兢的人。』

    但願主憐憫我，給我有一顆謙卑的心，在我向您禱告前，能真正悔悟自己的問題，而不是任憑我的問題，讓我在您的話語中敬畏您的教導，使我有機會成為您所喜悅的子女。

    『這百姓喜愛妄行，不禁止腳步…』
    『耶和華說我命定四樣害他們……都因為猶大王希西家的兒子瑪拿西在耶路撒冷所行的事。』
    『我在境內各城門口，用簸箕簸了我的百姓……他們仍不轉離所行的道。』
    豈是上帝不聽人的禱告，難道不是回應也沒用？
    上帝豈是阿拉丁神燈，只回應禱告的事，卻不顧人心是否純正？
    你既喜悅順情慾而為，就當接受情慾所帶來的苦果。

    Unanswered prayer might become an opportunity for us to exam ourselves to see whether we had committed something against God.

    Dear JBC, Peng An,
    Yeah, both the follower and the leader went astray... SAD.

    Dear Mou, Peng An,
    There were two sides on the coin of freedom. One side was the precious gift from God, the other side was the fearsome judgment from God.

    Dear YuZe, Peng An,
    Discipline was God's way to call us to repent, so that we didn't have to suffer God's final judgment.
