“Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” (Psalm 32:12-14)
回覆刪除These verses point out the virtues in the righteous. The other day the Holy spirit let me see my own sin to have not kept my tongue from evil and my lips from speaking lies. Especially in face-threatening situations, I tend to be concerned more about the “face” and hurt the other party by uttering something evil and untrue. Confession is not easy but it is the best way to heal the broken-heart. I do repent for what I have done. May God give light to my eyes and His face shine upon me.

要禁止舌頭不出惡言，嘴唇不說詭詐的話(13)
要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕(14)
"耶和華的眼目看顧敬畏他的人和仰望他慈愛的人，要救他們的命脫離死亡，並使他們在饑荒中存活。"33:18-19

回覆刪除謝謝 Yi-ting 姐 和 JBC 姐的分享，看到 JBC 姐的旁白真是心有戚戚焉，也不覺加了幾句：
有何人喜好存活，愛慕長壽，得享美福就要...（趕快舉手，我也要舉手！）
要禁止舌頭不出惡言（啊，手縮回了一半），嘴唇不說詭詐的話（又再縮了一半）
要離惡行善，尋求和睦，一心追趕 （手已經不敢舉起來了～）
但是還好這段經文的最後一句又讓我雙手舉起來歡呼。
親愛的主，請您憐憫我，讓聖靈來教導我，當我心中有意念要做出您不喜悅的言行時，請您讓我想起您的話語，賜平安喜樂給我，不要任憑我做惡，讓我在一切善事上結果子，也讓我的行事為人對得起主，凡事能蒙您喜悅。

詩34：18「耶和華靠近傷心的人，拯救靈性痛悔的人」,賽 57:15「 因為那至高至上、永遠長存、名為聖者的如此說、我住在至高至聖的所在、也與心靈痛悔謙卑的人同居、要使謙卑人的靈甦醒、也使痛悔人的心甦醒。」約 12:26 「若有人服事我、就當跟從我．我在那裏、服事我的人、也要在那裏．若有人服事我、我父必尊重他。」
回覆刪除主在那些心痛苦、靈破碎的人旁邊，服事主的人，似乎也當如此。求主使用我們。
