經文: 耶利米書 49:6 後來我還要使被擄的亞捫人歸回。這是耶和華說的。
默想: 親愛的主啊！你對於亞捫人也一樣有被擄歸回的恩典。你的忿怒與審判是一時之間，你的饒恕與恩典卻是一生之久。感謝讚美主的恩典。
題目:在本章中，先知耶利米提到上帝對於當代列國的審判與恩典，你對此有何想法？

回覆刪除讀了今天的經文，深深覺得，應該多留意"世界大事"，每一個國家的興起與傾倒，其實都在萬王之王－永生上帝的掌握之中。
This is what the Lord says: “If those who do not deserve to drink the cup must drink it, why should you go unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but must drink it” (Jer 49:12).

I can feel God’s discipline in my daily life. No discipline seems pleasant, and He does this for my own good. Whenever I encounter unfair or unjust deeds, I think of Him so that I can learn how to get rid of negative emotions such as hatred or complaints.
God makes me small and brings me down from the nest I build as high as the eagle’s (Jer 15-16). I really appreciate His correction.

回覆刪除本來也不是很清楚這裡提到的審判和恩典，不過在聽完今天牧師在禮拜的證道，忽然有個想法，如果世界各國的人民都是上帝創造的兒女，那就像牧師所說在一個家庭裡如果有一個小孩成績不好，那個當媽媽的一定會很著急。所以我想那個媽媽應該會試著教導那個成績差的小孩，至於用的方法可能會因人而異，但是總是希望他的成績能變好吧。

God would still be the Ruler of the universe, no matter whether the peoples on earth would recognize this or not. God would still be taking care of all the world, no matter whether all the world would worship Him or not.
