  1. “The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to a man’s inmost parts”(Pr 18:8). That means if you determine not to gossip about others, you have to closely stick to the principle and even strictly ask yourself not to listen to any gossip.

In addition, listening carefully is an important skill of discerning what is said by others. Distortion can thus be avoided. Knowledge and wisdom prevent one from folly and shame (18: 13, 15, 17).

  3. Dear All, Peng An,

"The words of a man's mouth are as deep waters, and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook."

It is ineteresting to say ones words are like deep waters. If we did not like ones words and we will feel our ears are full with water. And if we like ones words, we will feel thirsty for his words. The difficulty is how to make our words are like wine but not like bitter water.
