Ezra Taught The Law At the Court of Water Gate
W3 2010-12-29 (尼8:1-9:31)
經文: 尼希米記 8:3 在水門前的寬闊處，從清早到晌午，在眾男女、一切聽了能明白的人面前讀這律法書。眾民側耳而聽。
默想: 看這些被擄歸回的猶太人，他們在重建城牆之後，對於上帝的話語，是何等的渴慕。他們很努力專心的要學習耶和華的律法。求主保守我，讓我對於上帝的話語與律法，也能夠懇切學習與盡心遵行。
題目: 你對於尼希米九章這篇長禱文的內容有何感想呢？
“… But you are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love….By day the pillar of cloud did not cease to guide them on their path, nor the pillar of fire by night to shine on the way they were to take”(Ne 9:16-19).
回覆刪除Fasting, confessing the sins, praising the Lord, and asking for pardon…This is the cycle that some Christians repeat. So we cannot only look at the tender side of the Lord. He is pretty strict with His children.

回覆刪除After we rebuilt the relationship with God, we will have a new understanding about God. God is not a stranger. God is our heaven father. With this new relationship, we will confess for the bad thing we have done to Him. We will also appreciate for his kindness and grace to love us even we did not love Him before. Then we want to change ourselves to be a good testimony to glory Him. May Lord keep my mouth to praising You and Your Love in my life.

雖說仍有一般所謂的向"天"祈禱，但真正可以到神面前禱告--與神對話的，只有神的選民，求主讓我不要輕忽這樣的"權利與義務"。
