三年讀經默想與題目 (草戊尚土) 090529


W5 2009-05-29 (耶37:1-38:13)

經文: 耶利米書 37:3
西底家王打發示利米雅的兒子猶甲和祭司瑪西雅的兒子西番雅去見先知耶利米，說：求你為我們禱告耶和華我們的神。
默想: 西底家王與他的臣僕並不想聽耶利米的預言與警告，卻只要先知耶利米為他們而向耶和華禱告。這種不願順從神的態度的禱告是不會蒙神垂聽的。(賽1:15)

題目: 先知耶利米忠心傳揚上帝所託付的信息，卻遭到逼迫與苦待，你對此有何感想？

    Jeremiah conveyed God’s messages faithfully and loyally but was framed up and persecuted by those muddle-headed leaders. Only Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon treated him nicely (Jer 39: 11-12).

    But remember God will keep us strong to the end, so that we will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Co 1:8). While we are serving others, we are serving God instead of pleasing people. He will reward those who are devoted and dedicated to Him, but we will not necessarily savor such moment when we are alive.

    這大概是服侍神中最難的部份吧！
    不只傳講信息，還有殺身之禍，而且還堅持不變！呼～～*0*

    草戊尚土 牧師和各位俱樂部的兄姐，平安：

    谷哥告訴我，耶利米又被人稱為『流淚的先知』，這裡的流淚並不是他覺得被人鞭打、受到監禁等逼迫而難過流淚，而是他即使遭到這些苦難仍會為百姓所犯的罪和他們將來的審判所流下憐憫的淚。

    我想，一個偉大的先知或是傳教士，當他為了真理而遇到逼迫時，他心裡所想的還是真理的教導，愛神並愛人，並彰顯出上帝的作為吧。


    親愛的主，請您幫助我，讓我在苦難中仍有憐憫的心，不要只是抱怨苦難這件事，更是要明白在苦難中您所要教導我的事，讓我心中仍有盼望和愛，不要被負面的想法所佔據，也因著您的同在，讓我在苦難中仍有喜樂與平安。

    Dear All, Peng An,
    This was what Jesus told his disciples, "Blessed are they that have been persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye when [men] shall reproach you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets that were before you. (Mt. 5:10-12) Being sent by God to announce God's judgement against the evil world, persecution seemed to be an unavoidable fate.
